Quitting is a positive change you can make for yourself and your loved ones. Our program will help you nurture yourself through breath work, exercise, and the power of your own creativity. We’ll also teach you techniques to deal with your triggers and overcome the urge to smoke.
Gaining weight is a common concern for many who try to quit tobacco. We’ll give you nutritional pointers about healthy foods and low calorie snacks that may be beneficial as you clear your system of tobacco’s toxic chemicals.
Our Smoking Cessation Program is available both as individual and group sessions. Some people prefer the privacy of a one-on-one session, while others enjoy the support and encouragement of a group setting.
Individual sessions are in person or over the phone — your choice. The first session lasts 45–60 minutes. Follow-up sessions take place over the phone and last 15 minutes.
Payment is due at the time of service. With a physician’s referral, your insurance provider may cover the cost of this service. We are happy to review your insurance or other payment options with you when you reserve your spot.
