 You can complete your registration process online. Completing the form should take you 10-15 minutes. You will need your insurance information.

Step 2

 After we receive your online registration form, a nurse will contact you to assess your health status. This interview will take approximately 15-30 minutes of your time. The nurse will call you at the number you provided on the online registration form (above), sometime during the week prior to your surgery.

Step 3

 Please plan to arrive in advance of your scheduled surgery time. The nurse will inform you of the time to arrive the day of surgery.

 You will receive instructions for your post-surgery home care before you leave the hospital. Be sure to follow these instructions, and consult with your physician if you have questions.

Privacy & Financial Assistance

Marin General Hospital assures protection of your personal health information. Our website securely transfers your information to our data systems. You may read about our Privacy Policy and HIPAA requirements. Marin General Hospital is a not-for-profit organization and we recognize that medical bills are sometimes unexpected and can be unaffordable. Because of this, Marin General has a financial assistance program. This program is designed to help patients who have no insurance or limited insurance with their bills. Financial assistance is based on income, assets and other factors. Confidentiality of information and individual dignity will be maintained for all that seek this service.

Please be aware that we frequently approve financial assistance prior to providing services as well as after services are rendered.
