This class gives the new father or father to be practical information aimed at increasing self confidence in handling the newborn and gaining insight into new baby behavior.
Facilitated by Pediatrician, Michael Yamaguchi MD, this casual open environment fosters discussions regarding changing roles, work/family balance and other challenges a new dad may experience. The class covers hands on skills such as changing a diaper, soothing an infant, interpreting a baby's cry and the father's role in breastfeeding.
