These classes may be taken individually or as a series with either the One-Day Saturday or Three-Day Wednesday Evening Childbirth Classes. The classes are offered in a series of Wednesday evenings. We recommend taking the Childbirth and Infant Care Series together. See combined schedule of classes listed in the Value Package below. Please bring a bottle of water to class.
Cost: Per class for Infant Care Series: $30 per couple. For entire series (both Childbirth & Infant Care Series) $170 per couple.

Class IV - Breastfeeding
Taught by a certified international lactation consultant, this class focuses on establishing breastfeeding and avoiding difficulties. Topics include:

- Working Mothers & Pumping for Baby
Class V - Post Partum Expectations & Realities of New Parents
This class is designed to prepare parents for the changes that happen in their lives during and after the baby is born! Topics include:
- Delivery to Discharge
- Your Physical and Emotional Changes
- Getting Back to Normal
- Birth Control
Class VI - Care of Your Newborn
Your baby is home, so now what? This class helps guide new parents through common care routines, such as bathing a newborn, as well as information on newborn health concerns. Topics include:
- Bathing Your Baby
- First Hours of Your Baby's Life
- Hospital Routines
- Rashes, Jaundice, Crying, etc.
- Choosing Your Pediatrician
Class VII - Home & Car Safety
This class covers important information on how to keep your baby safe at home and on the go. Please bring a bottle of water to class and do not wear any perfumed fragrances. Topics include:
- Buying Safe Toys
- Baby-Proofing Your Home
- Buying Sensible & Safe Baby Equipment
- Car Seats
