CATEGORY 1 CME CREDIT --- These activities are offered by the MGH Medical Staff. Unless otherwise noted the program methods for these conferences will be didactic followed by a question and answer period. They will be evaluated using a standard evaluation form. The MGH Continuing Medical Education speaker programs are CMA accredited continuing medical education events. Physicans attending these courses may report one hour per session of Catergory 1 credit toward the California Medical Association certificate in Continuing Medical Education and the American Medical Association's Physician Recognition Award.

The following schedule is tentative only and will be updated monthly.

Gynecology Grand Rounds 2nd Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.
Pediatric Grand Rounds 2nd and 3rd Friday at 8:00 a.m.

Please do not assume that an event is being held unless the topic is posted below. Please call (415) 925-7114 if you have questions about a specific event. A notice of the topic, objectives and speaker is faxed or emailed to target audiences, and posted in the Medical Staff Lounge at least 1 week prior to the meeting.



   

Marin General Hospital MEDICAL STAFF CATEGORY I CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

General grand rounds are usually held at 7:30 AM on the 2nd Tuesday, 12:30 PM on the 3rd Tuesday, or 6:30 PM on the 4th Thursday, if there are topics. Primary Care lectures -- focusing upon Pediatrics and Reproductive Health -- are held at 8:00 AM on Fridays and Wednesdays. All specialties are welcome.
